1.Purpose
To assure customer right and improve after-sale services, iMEGANE supports customer to exchange to new same product in case that purchased product has any unrepairable damage (by manufacturer's failure). The product can also be exchanged with the below terms and conditions.
– Exchange term: in warranty period announced by iMEGANE
– No appearance defective (broken, scratched, discolored, dented…)
– Documents attached with product (receipt, VAT invoice, warranty card...)
2.Exchange fee
Customer bear the exchange fee
3.Warranty terms:
Only defective by manufacturer's failure is warranted, such as:
– Wielded point failure: wielded joint in frame is not stable and falling off but there is no chip detected at joint point.
– Plating peeling: failure in plating at manufacturer factory. Plating or painting peeling is detected before using (erosion by using or customer's wet is exception)
– Spring failure: spring connecting temple and front is not function, load or release properly.
– Lens: coating peeling/damaged by manufacturer's failure.
4. Warranty exception
– Claimed product is not as same as handling over.
–We do NOT warrant any failure by improper using/keeping of user: temples are broken, front is broken or dented, lenses are broken, or scratched by improper keeping or displayed in high temperature place, under sunshine or high-intensity light.
– We do NOT warrant lenses broken by using of user.
– Promoted products are not warranted.
5. Exchange/Claim product procedure
– Contact directly to iMEGANE to exchange/claim product as our policy and procedure.
– Processing time: we may need to contact to customer case by case.
