Return rule

– Products: Lenses, Lens + Frames Combo: Customers are not allowed to exchange or return products after 30 minutes from the time of placing the order.
– Products: Frames, Sunglasses: Customers are allowed to exchange frames once within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.

*The product must be accompanied by all included accessories, such as the box, cloth, case (if any), and warranty card.

*The product must remain in its original condition, with no scratches, deformations, or signs of wear.

*The exchanged product must have a value equivalent to or higher than the original purchase.

– If exchanging for a product of higher value, the customer is required to pay the price difference. Refunds are not provided if exchanging for a product of lower value.
– Refunds or exchanges for lenses are not allowed in cases where the customer has approved the lenses and they have already been fitted into the frame.
