The highlights of i-Megane’s after-sales service:

1. Month Warranty for Lens (Eyes check result measured by i-MEGANE): The lenses are covered for 1 month. If you feels discomfort or unease with Eyes check result specified by i-MEGANE, they are eligible for a one-time replacement with new lenses.

2. 6-Month Warranty for Manufacturer Defects:

* Lenses: Warranty covers defects such as peeling or cracking of the lens coating due to manufacturing errors.

* Frames: Warranty covers manufacturer defects such as broken welds, hinges, joints, or peeling of the frame coating, provided the issue is not caused by external forces.

3. Lifetime Warranty:Includes replacement of screws, temple tips, cords, and lens cleaning throughout the duration of use.

The following cases are not covered by warranty:

– Eyes check result provided by the customer does not fall within the warranty scope.

– Lenses are damaged, scratched, or coated peeled due to dropping, impact, high temperature exposure, steam rooms, or improper use as per the instructions provided with the glasses.

– Frames are scratched, broken, deformed, or have coating peeling due to external forces or improper use as per the instructions provided with the glasses.

– The warranty and return policy do not apply to products purchased on promotion, with discounts of 30% or more.
